Local, veteran owned car rentals at great prices! Super customer service. They recommend text messages, but are happy to use the phone. The cars are mostly '09 and '10 Nissans. Our car was equipped with a Bluetooth streaming device so we could listen to our own music. The business is pretty remote, but you can pay extra to have pickup and drop-off at the airport.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 My Highest Recommendation 🙌🏽 If you’re on O‘ahu and need a ride that can blend in with the locals and is stealthier than an SR-71 flying over enemy territory at 90,000 feet, Baba Rentals is your mission HQ. Julian aka “J”, a Colombian coffee level energetic Air Force vet runs this operation like a precision flight crew (Army here… so I’m qualified to say the Air Force finally got something right 😉). I grabbed a Nissan Versa and at first glance thought, “this a cute little go-kart.” But the second I opened the door... BOOM... Instant TARDIS (Doctor Who’s time-traveling spaceship reference 🤓). It’s like J snuck some classified Air Force tech into these cars: tiny on the outside, secret hangar on the inside. I'm even able to fit a 9' surfboard in the hatchback with no top rack needed, plus a hiking rucksack along with all my beach gear and Costco (membership needed) snacks. J is a Master (no Sergeant needed) at what he does. Professional, on point, and pickup/drop-off was smoother than a Chinook landing. Listen to me. The Versa sipped on gas like it was saving for retirement ☕️🤌🏽‼️ I spent more money at the shrimp truck 🍤🚚 up North Shore than gas for my entire trip. Bottom line up front: Baba Car Rentals is the real MVP 🥇. Whether you need a sedan or a hatchback, baba rentals will have you cruising O‘ahu like you’re on your own covert mission. 🏝️🥷🏽🚗💨

I had such a great experience with Baba Rentals! From start to finish, everything was easy, friendly, and stress-free. The communication was fast and clear, the car was spotless and in perfect condition, and the pickup/drop-off process was super convenient especially after a long flight. You can tell they really care about their customers. They even gave local tips and recommendations that made exploring Oʻahu so much better. It felt more like borrowing a car from a friend than dealing with a business. If you’re visiting the island or just need a reliable ride, I 100% recommend Baba Rentals. Great service & cars.

If you live on O'ahu & need to rent an affordable car ASAP, I highly recommend you hit up Julian and his wife, at Baba Rentals in Ewa Beach!! I promise you you won't be disappointed! They have rare customer care that's amazingly impressive!! Something my mom & I had never experienced! It exceeded our expectations!! We were having problems with our own car and we needed a car fast! I'm my mama's full time caregiver, need to take her to doctor appointments, plus I also need to get to my housekeeping job, and of course run errands. I went on Google and googled car rental near me, read a review on Baba Rentals website and was intrigued. Contacted them for a quote and it didn't take long for Julian to reply back to me. Mind you we didn't know how long we were gonna rent the car for but ended up renting um for about 2months. Communication with them throughout the 2months was amazing! Because we unexpectedly had it for that long. Julian drove all the way to our home to do a "preventative vehicle check". IDK about you but my mama & I had never experienced customer care from no other car rentals like this before! We're so grateful & thankful for Baba Rentals business and to have met Julian.
