We rented a soft top wrangler two separate times for a total of three days while we were vacationing and Sky Road was super easy to work with. We walked up to their booth in the mall without a reservation and they got us into the car we wanted with no problems and no security deposits. In addition to that, they provided great customer service with a good attitude the entire time!
The customer service was good, people were nice. They offered to us to buy 99$ deal,that will take care gasoline,any troubles on a road. Ok! We wanted peacefully spend our day on Island. We came to pick up our car next day. Two front seats were full of water,and there were water on a floor. Ok they gave us another car with half tank full of gas. What a disappointment!!!!! Now we have to be worried where we can find gas station if we need it. At the end of our trip we discovered cockroaches in the car 🤦🏻♀️ running around. Our bags were on a floor,I was scared not to bring them home!!!! We contucted the company and they promised to do partial refund. Never did!!!! I called few times and send an email- nothing,no response. Very sad. We trust them
Decided to hire a car in the morning. The line at Avis was extremely long. I stumbled on Sky road rentals. The car was clean and reliable. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Quick check in and out. I’ll definitely use them again. They even offer overnight parking.
They accommodated me at the very last minute. I mean it was 7:45 and i needed a car at 8 lol Good customer service, had an issue and it was resolved quickly. Only major issue was them not answering the phone after i rented. I think i called at least 10 times.
I rented a car in December 2025. When i returned back to canda I saw on my credit card they didn't return my deposit. They won't answer my calls now. Do not rent from these people. No one will speak to me from their business.
