I had the opportunity to purchase my Shih Tzu–Maltese mix on Friday, October 3rd, and he has been such a wonderful addition to our family! From start to finish, the experience at this pet store was outstanding. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure my puppy was healthy, happy, and ready for his new home. Overall, the customer service was top-tier, and I would rate the entire experience a solid 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this pet store to anyone looking for a new furry family member!
A few weeks ago Stopped in looking for a chihuahua, didnt have any. I asked the girl behind the register who was busy on her phone if they would call me when and if they get pups to give me a call. She begrudgingly took my number. Fast forward to today we stopped in and saw they had chihuahua pups...guess they forgot about me. I noticed the employee here are pretty disinterested in being friendly or asking if you need help etc.. you would think someone willing to drop 3K could get at greeting when you walk in. Anyway, no one bother to ask if we needed help so we left. For me skip store, unfriendly, disinterested employees , ill shop online.

Jay was so cool. My fish tank filter had a hole in it and stopped working, and it was one of those removable filters that came with the tank. I was getting ready to buy a whole new setup with a tank, but worried that the stress of moving to a new tank would kill my fish. He had a perfect solution with a brand new filter that fit the tank. My son even got real creative with the new set up and fish looks happier. Jay saved me about a hundred bucks and even attached our new filter with easy instructions on how to place it in our tank. He even gave us some free fish food. We are extremely satisfied.
Great! Not cheap, however, service is good. Interesting array of goods and pets. Wish they had saltwater fish. Lots of people breeding saltwater fish now. Would be nice is a local store picked up on it. Love the bird selection. Wish they had large parrots. I am looking for female Eclectus. My male lost his mate during breeding. 🤒 Aloha!
