Beautiful place to watch the sunset and the surfers. Don't get to close or you'll get wet from the ocean spray & waves. It can be slippery. You can't park in the culdesac, park in the street around it. Stunning! The drive along this side of the island was the best part about our visit!
China Walls is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. The views are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Located within a neighborhood, it's a popular gathering spot where people come to relax, enjoy the ocean breeze, and watch the sun go down. During our visit, people were playing reggae music, creating a laid-back island atmosphere that felt uniquely Hawaiian. The contrast of the orange rock formations against the bright teal water is breathtaking. One of the most memorable parts was watching people dive from the cliffs into the ocean below. I've visited many beautiful places, but this is one I'll never forget. If you're looking for an unforgettable sunset view on Oahu, China Walls is a must-see.
This place is really beautiful but take my own warning, be very careful if you decide to go swimming in it. It is a lot stronger than you could ever imagine, the locals make it look easy to swim in and im forever greatful they helped me not drown but that can get very serious and scary in a matter of minutes if you aren't careful or a good swimmer. Beyond that very beautiful just watch your step in the wet spots cause it is slippery.
China Walls is one of the most beautiful spots on Oahu. The dramatic ocean views, powerful waves, and stunning coastal scenery make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. We especially loved watching the sunset, which was absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere is peaceful, and it’s a great location for photography and taking in the beauty of Hawaii. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for incredible views and a unique experience! China Walls 🌊 Parking by the streets, don’t forget to turned your wheels to curb!
China Walls was one of the highlights of our trip to Oahu! The views are absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water, dramatic lava rock formations, and incredible waves crashing against the shoreline. It's a great spot to watch the sunset and take photos. The walk down is short, but be sure to wear good shoes and use caution near the water, as the rocks can be slippery and the waves are powerful. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a beautiful and unique coastal viewpoint.
