I attempted to get 3 quotes from 3 fencing companies. First was Valleywide(formerly Best Vinyl). Mr. Noel Eleno showed up promptly and his presentation, knowledge, and people skill really impressed me. He promptly sent me a THOROUGH and GREAT quote. I got 2 more quotes, but other 2 never came close to the promptness, professionalism, amount of quote, and willingness and enthusiasm to do a good job. Noel was very patient and knowledgeable in dealing with Mililani Association rules and also with my changing the plans several times. He was absolutely the best contractor I have ever dealt with. I highly and absolutely recommend Valleywide and Mr. Noel Elenoif if you want the best price and a job well-done. Additionally, I want to thank Celeste Lopez for her patience and architectural drawings that made it easy for me to breeze through the “ permit to build” by Mililani Town Association. I changed the plan to add a gate and color of the fence, but Celeste kindly did the plan twice. Thank you Celeste on beautiful drawing!!
Best Vinyl did an awesome job with installing our private and semi private fence to include four custom gates, Ryan came out to the property to do the initial estimate and measurements. He explain the process and answered all my questions and concerns. It took a while to schedule the installation, but it was well worth it. Andrew and his team were very professional, courteous, and on time each day of the installation, they maintained good communication with me throughout the process and always cleaned up the job site before leaving. My family is very happy with our new fence. Thank you Best Vinyl!
This company is friendly, efficient and very professional. I know in 2026 it may be hard to find people willing to work in the trades. These people are the backbone of our nation. I received excellent service from Wendell today. He arrived on time and was able to resolve my problem with my vinyl fence quickly. Somehow the top rail got loose and he was able to get the top rail reset and screwed it back in to the slot within the post.
Noel came out to my place to change out a broken gate latch. You guys are way expensive but love Noel. He is a good man. You are lucky to have him
